COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Shaoxing Zhongya Capsule Co., Ltd.，a Chinese-Malaysia joint venture, former Xinchang Yaxing Industrial Co., Ltd., was founded in January 1992. The company is located at Zhejiang Province,  covering an area of 26,600 m² in the southeast Xinchang, Specializes in production of pharmaceutical gelatin vacant capsules and HPMC capsules, Zhongya owns a capacity of more than 100 employees and 20,000 m² of factory area.

Now, Zhongya holds 12 manufacturing lines with full capability of #00, #0, #0E ,#1, #2, #3,#4 and #00B capsules. 8 new manufacturing lines will be added to achieve a total manufacturing line number of 20 and an annual productivity of 10 billions pieces of capsules.

Zhongya’s factories were designed to reach GMP requirements with efficient process layout, solid technical strength, fully equipped instruments. Standard management mode and system, under the instruction of ISO9000, had secured the prime production of capsules. Zhongya provides free services to help clients to choose capsule model, color, print draft design, commissioning for filling facilities and other technical consulting. In the meanwhile, Zhongya is equipped with advanced printing techniques, and is able to provide any printing requirement based on clients’s need.

For more than 20 years, we are still chasing for integrity, endeavor and innovation as our management principles. With on-going innovations and joint efforts, Zhongya has trained and developed professional production teams and sales team. More than 80% of our products are export to other countries .Additionally, we have established a long-term stable cooperative relationship with customers from Southeast Asia, South America, North America and Europe.
